Sales Process
At Casta Vietnam, we have an experienced sales team that will make sure that you get your 100% satisfaction throughout the order journey. After the discovery phase with your company, We provide Shopdraw and Price Quotation based on the requirements. A Sample of the Order will be shipped for verification by you. After that, Mass Production will be in place.
QC Process
Our Commitment to Quality has been exceptional in recent years. And they do not happen accidentally. After receiving the specification that you have handed to us, our dedicated QA QC team will based on that and make sure no items will be shipped with flaws. Our QA QC Process will check the furnishing, measurements, and quantity based on your given specification.
Packaging
We make sure every package ship to your country would be fully labeled as required based on the Drawings that you have provided us. Floor by floor, unit by unit. The Options will be Flat Pack or Fully Assembled, your call.
Shipping
Our average lead time is 45-60 days since Shopdraw approval. We have a dedicated Planning team to make sure the Shipping process is going smoothly
